Erin Johnson, President of Peters Personnel, is a proud native of Council Bluffs and worked for Peters Personnel throughout high school and college. She graduated from Lewis Central High School in 2001 and graduated from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa in 2005 with a degree in Mass Communications and Political Science. Following college she moved to Seattle, WA where she worked at Pike Place Market as a Marketing Project Manager. After returning to Iowa she became the Regional Director for the Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, in Council Bluffs. Johnson began working full time for Peters Personnel in 2011.

Johnson has always been heavily involved in school and community organizations. She is currently a CeeBee Ambassador, Rotarian and Leadership Council Bluffs alumnae. She serves on the Rotary Board, Girl Scout of Greater Iowa Board Advisory Committee as well as Heartland Family Services Advisory Committee. She is a graduate of Leadership Council Bluffs



Joanne Peters founded Peters Personnel in 1985. She has worked in the Placement Industry in the Metro Omaha area since 1976.  She will remain working for Peters Personnel as a Consultant.  Peters has always been active in a number of organizations and does a good deal of volunteer work for the community. She has the honor of being one of the first women to be inducted into Rotary, having joined Council Bluffs Morning Rotary in June 1987.  She has received International recognition from Rotary for her work on the Family of Rotary Committee and her committee has received Rotary District awards in Literacy, Community Service and best Club Project for the Adopt a School project. Peters received the Omaha Suburban Rotarian of the Year award in 2007 and the coveted Cadwallader Award for outstanding Rotarian in District 5650 in 2009.  For over twenty-five years she has been involved with the Personnel Placement Industry Associations both on a State and National level having held nearly every office for the State of Iowa and the State of Nebraska Associations.
