Dial Retirement Communities can best be described as one of the Midwest's premier providers of management and consulting services to senior adult living communities. Dial Retirement Communities is part of the family of The Dial Companies, an Omaha-based firm with over 50 years of experience in commercial real estate development and management. Our goal is to develop and manage an exceptional senior living community product with high-quality care for residents while returning long-term profit for investors. We understand the senior housing industry and the senior market we proudly serve, providing only top communities and services, with exceptional value per square foot.

 

We're proud of our continued growth and development over the span of five states:  Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois and Colorado and we're continuing to grow.  Our current Nebraska locations are Fountain View Senior Living and Aksarben Senior Living in Omaha; Ridgewood Senior Living in Bennington; Elk Ridge Senior Living in Elkhorn and opening in July 2018 The Knolls Senior Living in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Dial Retirement Communities also strongly believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle for everyone.  The mission of the DRC Work Well Program is to enhance organizational health by fostering interest and encouraging employees to initiate or expand healthier lifestyles. To provide diverse wellness programs to meet a wide range of personal health needs. To recognize employees for participating in healthier lifestyle activities and decrease absenteeism due to illness and stress. To develop a positive employee culture that is focused on celebrating and improving the quality of life for all employees.

The Work Well Program encourages all staff to pursue a healthy lifestyle. It is designed to promote the physical, social, emotional, and mental health of DRC employees, thus promoting better overall health, improved morale, and a greater personal commitment to our communities and our residents.
