The Omaha Home for Boys is looking for caring employees to accomplish its mission of Strengthening Youth and Families.
The Home’s programs are for youth and young men and women ages 12 to 24. Our staff care for underserved youth populations while focusing on the individual’s needs. More than 300 young men and women receive services annually.
Utilizing a family environment and behaviorally-based curriculum, the Omaha Home for Boys Inspiration Hill Residential Care program works with high school age youth to promote positive life skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Youth live and attend school on the Home’s main campus.
Jacobs’ Place is an apartment complex and learning center providing transitional living, education and job assistance and placement skills to young men and women. Jacobs’ Place is located about two miles from campus and provides individual transition plans and support to young adults ages 17-21.
Branching Out is an independent living program. Youth and young adults receive services and after-care support to successfully move from dependency to independency and self-sufficiency in the community.
