Educational Service Unit #13 (ESU #13) provides a variety of high quality services to

21 school districts in Nebraska’s Panhandle. The central office of ESU #13 is located

in Scottsbluff with two satellite offices located in Sidney and Chadron. ESU #13

is staffed by a group of over 80 highly qualified professionals and support staff

dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of member school districts. This brochure

contains information regarding the services available to school districts through ESU

#13, a brief description of the services, and contact information for the Administration

and Director responsible for coordinating those services.
