Google My Business is a free listing and can be really beneficial in making it easier for both potential new customers and the search engines to find your business online.
Make it easy for your customers to find your business. If you don’t have a Google My Business account set up for your business, you could be missing out on new customers. Don’t waste any more time.
We will take you through the process, step by step and get your business listed with Google.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- How to set up and the benefits of having a Google My Business listing.
- To manage how your information appears across Google
- How you can attract more customers using the world’s largest search engine.
- How to interact with customers, encourage and respond to reviews.
- See insights on how customers are searching for your business.
You are encouraged to bring a laptop. If you do not have a laptop available Do Space has chromebook available to check out at no cost.
Please bring the login details for your Google (Gmail) account. If you do not have a Google account, please be sure to set one up before the day of the workshop via this link https://accounts.google.com/SignUp (a Google account is free).
You will also need a digital copy of your logo and a cover photo in a jpeg or png file.
Profile image – 250 x 250 pixels (minimum 120 x 120; maximum 5200 x 5300)
Cover photo – 1080 x 608 pixels (minimum 480 x 270; maximum 2120 x 1192).
