The Heritage at Brentwood, a senior living community located in Brentwood, TN is seeking hospitality-minded candidates who are looking for a rewarding experience working with older adults to join our extraordinary team. We opened our first phase in May 2007 including 180 independent living units, 36,000 sq. feet of common areas, and a 36-bed skilled nursing facility. An additional phase consisting of 37 independent homes was completed in 2009.
