Structural studies of macromolecules and macromolecular complexes related to cancer and human diseases.
-PhD in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology -Macromolecular sample preparation (cloning, protein expression and purification, determination of sample quality, preparation of complexes). -Crystallization of macromolecules and complexes. -Crystal structure determination.
