Position available for a recent PhD graduate in biochemistry or molecular biology to study iron metabolism, alcoholic liver disease, mitochondria, and oxidative stress in the liver. Recent PhD graduate in biochemistry or molecular biology. Candidates with a research background in molecular biology, redox biology, and transgenic mice will be strongly considered. Previous experience with confocal and florescent microscopy is a plus. Candidates should be able to work independently, have critical thinking abilities, and be highly motivated.
