Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Call Recording Application

• Daily monitoring and system verification
• System upgrades
• System installations
• Application Administration - creation of users. groups, etc.
• System configuration
• System troubleshooting - on call will be required from time to time
• Vendor contract - pricing, booking in consultants, financial reviews
• System documentation
• Other duties as required

Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent

Experience Target: four (4) to eight (8) years IT experience and two (2) to four (4) years experience with Verint Call Recording through Version 10 and experience with Verint Encryption is desirable.

Skills: working knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Network Administration, Telephony Administration and Voice Over IP (VoIP) Concepts.

Knowledge/Abilities: Expert knowledge Tier 1 Call Recording Solution

Special Certifications: Cisco and/or Microsoft Certifications desirable

Travel: <50%
