Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced individual to maintain and further develop ongoing business relationships with our customers and help them monitor and improve the quality of services they provide. This will be accomplished through the following: Interact with customers to assess the quality of their services; Responsibility for ongoing reports and feedback to customers as required; Assist customers with resolution of any issues you uncover; Ongoing communication and follow-up to maintain solid business relationships with our customer base;
Requirements 3-5 Years Previous Account Manager Experience; Strong written and verbal communication skills; CRM software experience preferred; High attention to detail; Ability to travel as needed
