As our Corporate Communication Assistant, you will assist the Corp Communications Department with design and distribution of posters, emails, and news letters. You will also create and distribute hard copy communications on behalf of Human Resources company wide. Best of all, you will work with a seasoned team of professionals that believe Communication is key to the successes of our organization.
Here’s what you need to join the fun:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Communication preferred.
· Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment
· A high school diploma.
· MacIntosh Platform and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
· Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required.
· The ability to communicate and understand English in written and verbal form
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to mulititask
· Must be able to lift and move boxes and function efficiently in confined spaces
· Must be able to work independently
· Ability to utilize effective problem solving and organizational skills
· Must possess the ability to work and safeguard confidential information.
· Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
