As our Inventory Planning Specialist you will be responsible for the administration and updating of key elements of the demand planning software (Forecast 21) and assist in the development and analysis related to the demand plan for assigned business categories. Additionally, you will create reporting and analysis to assist with product lifecycle management and ‘in-season’ pricing changes for our major seasonal product categories.
Here’s what you need to join the fun:
· Bachelor’s Degree or related experience preferred
· 1-2 years experience in analysis or reporting of a related field and strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment
· Detail-oriented with strong analytic and organizational skills
· Excellent problem solver with a forward-thinking vision who can work independently and with a team
· Quick learner who can take initiative and assume accountability
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all internal levels and with vendors, both domestic and international
· Intermediate to advanced Excel and Access skills and a high proficiency with all Microsoft Office
