HOURS: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - Tues/Wed off, rotating holidays.

Float Manager - Assist with supervising second shift residential and habilitative services for developmentally disabled individuals. Complete paperwork for unknown injuries and appropriate notifications. Advocate for individuals served within assigned Area, ensure individuals are protected and needs are met. Assist in hiring, provide employee on-the-job training, coordinate and assign work, assist in monitoring work performance, reward and discipline employees of critical incidents, and provide direct services to persons served in emergency situations.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Human Services field. Must have successful current management or supervisory experience. Preference given to applicants with experience providing services to people with developmental disabilities. Must be QMRP qualified. May be required to work irregular hours to meet the requirements of this position and the needs of the individuals.
