Participates in Vocational Rehabilitation and Nebraska Department of Education committees, work groups and task forces. Assists clients in developing resumes and completing job applications. Develops and coordinates community-based evaluations, including OJE's and OJT's. Analyzes and synthesizes client medical, demographic and employment information. Analyzes client strengths and barriers. Provides Employment Success Skills training. Provides information about jobs and their requirements. Provides job development activities to identify employment opportunities. Provides job placement assistance. Provides job retention assistance. Develops employer work sites.Presents information about Vocational Rehabilitation to community groups. Participates in client staffing. Provides Job Seeking Skills training. Uses the electronic case service data system (QUEST). Possesses a valid driver's license, travels independently and works in a variety of settings. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Vocational Rehabilitation or directly related area. Majors in other disciplines may be considered with a minimum of two years work experience in a professionally related area. Preferred: Experience Interacting with persons with significant disabilities. Bilingual in English/Spanish.
