As a charge nurse for nursing units, supervise professionals and para-professionals in the delivery of nursing care; documentation nursing care; complete monthly summaries on members; communicate with physicians; check physicians renewal orders and correct discrepancies; instruct ancillary staff through care plans and assignments; attend, plan and facilitate meetings as an active team member. 

REQUIREMENTS:  Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an RN licensed to practice in Nebraska.  Prefer experience in primary and gerontological nursing.
