Provides primary nursing care within the scope of the Licensed Practical Nurse. Participates in developing, evaluating, modifying, and implementing member care plans, does data collection; medication treatment administration. Member advocate for assigned members. Participates in the nursing units quality improvement, safety and infection control program. Provides documentation in accordance with requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be licensed in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Nebraska.
· #257-07218-2; Part-time; 3rd Phillips eight hours TBD Days off.
· #257-91902-2; full- and part-time with various shifts available.
