Position Description
Job Responsibilities
- Collects clinical data on assigned patient’s to include consideration of biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational, and discharge planning
- Reviews/revises the plan of care with the RN
- Delivers nursing care to the patient based on the assessment of their needs
- Appropriately reports on an ongoing basis
- Maintains current knowledge of clinical nursing practice and hospital related policies/procedures/practices
Job Qualification
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must have current valid NE LPN or a temporary permit while awaiting licensure
- One-year medical-surgical experience preferred
