Job Experience

• Requires strong interpersonal, organization, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with scoring sleep/wake stages.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and apply proper policies.
• Requires attention to detail, and the ability to work and maintain confidential information.
• Must have the ability to work with staff across hospital department to achieve desired outcomes.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Word processing skills.
• Skilled in promoting positive relation when interacting with patients or other customers, and technican staff.
• This position requires a good understanding of all aspects of sleep diagnostic testing. Day tech position with good understanding and ability to perform MSLT, MWT, and scoring polysomnograms.

Education Experience

• BLS Required
• Requires Board Registration in Polysomnography. 
• High School Diploma.
• Prefer past experience in a slepp center, but will consider training an individual with prior patient care experience (CNA,LPN or diagnostic testing)
• EEG / EKG / EMG experience preferred.
