Pharmacy Technician - Casual Position Available

 Job Requirements:

• High school diploma with understanding of mathematical calculations or First/Second Year Pharmacy Student. Preferably, some experience in a hospital pharmacy.  
• Basic mathematical calculations, reading directions, basic keyboarding, manual dexterity, and verbal communication.
• Requires frequent (66-100% of time) walking and standing and exerting 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally. 
• Requires pushing and pulling as required with manipulation of equipment (i.e.: drug carts, cases of IV’s, etc.)
• Mobility required for travel throughout hospital unrestricted to deliver medication.
• Must have visual acuity to differentiate individual products, labeling and handwriting.
• Ability to stand for frequent period and work with arms extended as involved with making IV admixtures in the laminar air flow hood.
