HDR is currently in need of a Mechanical Project Coordinator to work as a member of our Alexandria, VA Architecture office. The Mechanical EIT will be expected to perform HVAC and mechanical design, and assisting with writing/editing mechanical specifications, selecting equipment, systems, and devices. They will also be expected to provide construction contract administration on an as needed basis.

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.

EIT required.

5+ years experience in mechanical systems (HVAC/plumbing) and design of buildings; experience with healthcare, civic, and science/technology facilities strongly preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office, Trane Trace, and Auto CAD required.
