Immediate opening in the Los Angeles Air Force Base office of HDR/eM for a Project Manager/On-Site Director to lead a Facilities Management team consisting of approximately 25-27 engineers, construction inspectors, real property, CADD, environmental, admin, and other staff. This position will function as eM's senior person at LA AFB managing an annual contract for Facilities Management that eM has held for the past 2 years. The successful candidate will contribute to e2M's success at LA AFB as the Facility Management Firm of Choice. Primary responsibilities include leading and directing the team in completion of engineering, environmental, and other facility management tasks. Ability to handle multiple, diverse assignments.The successful candidate will have a Bachelors of Science Degree in an engineering related field and a minimum of 15 years of experience in Engineering and/or Facility Management. Candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to create and manage budgets; strong written and oral communication skills in dealing with clients and co-workers; superior business development skills; experience in the writing and developing work plans and reports; proficient in Microsoft Office; and experience with government and military clients is considered a plus.
