The primary duties of the Landscape Architect experience in all phases of landscape architecture projects and their management is required. Conducts site analysis, site planning, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site grading, storm drainage design, landscape design, irrigation design, and visual assessments. Experience with large scale master planning and transportation projects. May serve as primary contact to clients, consultants, and public agencies on all assigned projects. Responsible for coordination with other disciplines, writing and editing site and landscape specifications, and selection of plant materials, irrigation equipment, site furnishings, lighting and pavement materials. May provide construction administration as required. Participates in preparation of marketing materials
