The primary duty of the Power & Energy Right of Way Business Class Lead is to market and manage transmission line AND energy projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years in the right of way industry, at least 5 years of which have been dedicated to management of projects and staff in the Power and Energy field, as well as hold excellent references and client relationships in this industry.



Selected candidates will be expected to become the Real Estate Lead for this market sector, developing and managing clients and staff, to provide quality real estate services for transmission line, substation, and alternative energy projects.

Tasks will include working with other HDR Leads, preproposal visitations, proposal preparation, presentations and negotiations.

This position could be located in one of a variety of HDR's office locations nationally.
