The Advanced Technologies and Engineering (AT&E) manager has overall responsibility for providing technical architecture advice and direction for the HDR technology environment. The team lead by this individual provides the research on new technologies and applicability to HDR's business needs. This on-going assessment will allow HDR to effectively utilize technology to accomplish organizational goals. The AT&E manager is responsible for providing input and recommendations to senior IT management on the contents of the IT strategic plan. In support of the strategic plan, the AT&E team facilitates the development and maintenance of the Technology Roadmap which identifies vendor directions on technology plans, lifecycles, and implications to HDR's technology deployments. The Advanced Technologies and Engineering Manager is responsible for effectively collaborating with business units and other IT teams to develop effective IT plans in support of on-going business functions. *Provides input and direction to the overall technical architecture strategy for the IT department *Oversees the tasks and deliverables on assigned projects that are led by the Adv.
