The primary responsibility of the System Service Representative is to provide 1st level
support for departments; support software applications, networked client systems and
procedures, provide printer and printing support; application and hardware setup, and
support department specific applications. Identifies and initiates resolutions to client
problems and concerns associated with office automation equipment, computer hardware and
software. Coordinates the purchase, installation, and implementation of office automation
hardware and software according to department standards and procedures. Develops tools and
procedures for daily operations support of LAN users.

- Technical School or B.S. in Computer Science or related field preferred Experience in systems operations and maintenance. Minimum 1 year experience in technical support of PC, networks and servers.
