Function as a project manager for Healthcare projects (hospitals, cancer centers, medical centers, etc.). Involved in business development, managing contracts, clients and the project team. Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multi-discipline projects or medium sized projects with high degree of technical complexity. Involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently. Establish client relations and involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, Project Architects and other disciplines. Responsible to coordinate workload with project team through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule. Work with the Controller and Principal/Business Unit Director for project reviews. Responsible for execution of training for personnel as established by strategic plans.

• Registered Architect in Florida. 15+ years of healthcare experience required. Must be able to lead a team on healthcare projects. Good planning and mentoring skills. Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required.
