Partner with the Regional Directors to build a unified region that implements strategic initiatives of the company. Oversee all marketing/business development activities within the region regarding strategic/marketing planning, budgeting and program leadership; client development; project pursuits; human resources; management, organization and administration; Training and Indirect Marketing. Work directly with the National Directors on implementation of initiatives and resources that are needed throughout the region. To serve and support local programs through Review Coaching Assistance with planning Client relationship building Recruiting Training Problem resolution Major pursuits facilitation National program facilitation and major initiatives support Oversees, evaluates and ensures that the following management tools and processes are in place: Strategic Goals for Departments within region Annual Goals for Departments within region Marketing Organization, Structure and resources Market Plans Marketing Processes Performance Tracking for all offices and programs within region.
