Following conception creates and produces select aspects of mixed media deliverables (i.e. 3d models, renderings, animations, videos, printed media & digital presentations). Utilization branches from marketing to operations to create visuals from any point of a projects life (this ranges from the early marketing phase to post occupancy). Produces materials that have internal uses in current and future marketing endeavors. Produces materials that provide operational understanding of a project as well as potential QA/QC benefits. Produces Materials that have external uses in a clients understanding, approval and fundraising of their project. Typically have strengths in many of the following areas: Conceptual design, building computer representations, seting views and animation paths, story-lining delivery and producing raw media of facilities & sites. Following raw media production, creates and produces finished multimedia presentations (i.e. cds, DvDs, videos, brochures, digital presentation & interactive media) Creates photo/video manipulations and editing to provide before and after scenarios. Requires knowledge in the base CADD and multimedia applications. Plans and coordinates work with project designer and/or manager to meet deadlines. Directs coordinators on team during production.
