The primary duties of the Project Designer is responsible for the aesthetic solution for
large and/or complex architectural projects. Meets directly with client, analyzes clients
goals and conceives and develops architectural solutions to those goals. Initiates and
creates schematic designs and plans with responsibility for the preparation of presentation
drawings, models and narratives. Provides coordination of all disciplines related to the
building design. Represents the firm, by participating as a key member of business
development teams, in presentations to prospective clients. Works with the various
engineering disciplines throughout the schematic and design development phases to ensure
that the solution accommodates the engineering needs and the owners program.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of design experience in Healthcare preferred. Registered Architect preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule). AutoCAD experience required. 3D software knowledge beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage in a team environment. Excellent written and communication skills. Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required. Minimum Experience: 5
