Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and business processes
- Coordinate and manage multiple software implementation projects
- Train new clients in utilization of ERP Software package which includes the following areas of functionality:
o Sales order processing
o Purchasing
o Shipping
o Inventory management
o Accounts Receivable
o Accounts Payable
o General ledger posting and financial reporting
o Management reporting
- Provide software support to resolve complex issues for existing clients
- Approximately 20-30% business travel

- Ability to handle multiple projects and multitask in a fast paced, technology driven organization.
- Self-motivated and assertive attitude.
- Desire and ability to learn and grow rapidly in the following areas:
o Project management
o Business processes
o Customer service
o New technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and conceptual skills.
- Ability to train in group and individual settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
