Job Summary:

Assist in identifying potential solutions to business problems through the use of user interface, analytical skills and business knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathers business requirements and business process flows in designing and preparing new systems and solutions ensuring viability of solutions for meeting business needs
• Functions as an interface between business/function user groups and IT
• Performs analysis on existing business processes and service delivery
• Implements recommendations or coordinates with others when assigned
• Performs training for end users

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years in similar position with demonstrated accomplishments in creating test plans and documenting business requirements
• Well developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• Application and interface experience
• Ability to communicate with end users
• Ability to interact with programmers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Hospitality/hotel experience a plus
