General Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the outbound emailing of client marketing campaigns, including quality control of marketing materials, HTML compatibility, and email list selection.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Coordinate all aspects of execution and reporting of assigned digital marketing email campaigns including set-up, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
2. Work closely with Client Services/Sales teams to facilitate and improve the campaigns.
3. Ensure orders received from client contain all necessary components and that the campaigns are compliant with Company policies and Federal/State regulatory requirements.
4. Consult with clients to implement marketing objectives and optimize strategies. Make suggestions to optimize campaign performance.
5. Utilize list segmentation, personalization, and content optimization to improve efficiency and increase the return on investment for the client.
6. Set up email campaign, editing HTML as necessary, and send to test list. Quality check test for compatibility with web browsers and to ensure that links, images, subject lines, and list segments are correct.
7. Edit campaign as requested by client, receive approvals, and deploy marketing campaign to seeded list.
8. Monitor campaign results. Measure and report marketing results through delivery analytics tracked through an email deployment program.
9. Maintain and refine marketing lists.
10. Work closely with a team to ensure workflow efficiency

8. Ability to use MS Word, Outlook, Dreamweaver, and Creative Suite applications.
9. Ability to read and edit HTML coding preferred.
Education, Experience, and Certification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent is required.*
2. 2 years previous relevant experience is required, including 1 year of customer service.*
