Besler Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced hands on production manager for it’s farm equipment manufacturing facility located in Cambridge, Nebraska .

Qualified candidates should be self motivated and possess a strong background in supervision of production workers along with leadership skills that promote teamwork and cooperation. This position is responsible for ensuring that safety, quality and productivity goals are achieved. A solid background in manufacturing and experience with setting up machines involved with welding and fabrication is required.
