E-mail Marketing Manager

Forward thinkers are valued and rewarded and we presently seek an E-mail Marketing Manager to join our headquarters in Fremont, NE. In this integral role, the selected candidate will become a part of the growing e-commerce team. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class e-mail marketing strategy for three distinct markets that delivers personal, relevant communications and helps reach e-commerce sales goals. This position will be responsible for the e-mail production process from the marketing strategy through content creation and final delivery.

Responsibilities:

·          Create and execute e-mail marketing strategies using internal resources as needed (marketing managers, creative department, web developer, etc.)

·          Manage all e-mail content, working with divisional marketing managers as needed, while ensuring content and design is brand appropriate

·          Focus on growing e-mail house files using multiple strategies

·          Manage third-party e-mail content management and deployment tool, utilizing available functionality to increase click-throughs and conversions

·          Prepare weekly reports and analyze results

·          Identify and analyze competitor e-mail communications including strategy, creative and offers

Requirements:

·          Solid understanding of e-mail marketing and e-commerce retail environment

·          A minimum of 4+ years related experience with e-mail marketing management

·          Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong working relationships across functional groups and lines of business

·          Excellent planning, project management and communication skills

·          Proven ability to be innovative and forward-thinking

·          Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment

·          Highly detail oriented and proven writing/proofing ability

·          Knowledge of the Silverpop Engage tool is a plus

·          Bachelor's degree preferred
