Maple Crest is conveniently located in the quiet Benson Neighborhood of Omaha.  One of the areas foremost skilled nursing centers, Maple Crest offers a supportive environment that allows residents to remain as independent as possible though an array of progressive programs and services.  A compassionate and dedicated staff provides services from a base of Christian principles.

At maple Crest residents experience the peace of a community that is in harmony with the Christian tradition.  Working with various religions and denominations, our full time chaplain conducts religious services in a charming chapel, and works individually with residents and their families ensuring their spiritual needs and ethical concerns are met.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

Initiates’ core responsibility

Ensures appropriate assessment, implementation and evaluation of residents

Ability to communicate with director as well as physicians

Educate resident/significant other appropriate health information

Perform direct patient care

Perform indirect patient care

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Adhere to Administrative System/Nursing Service policies

Assist in orientation/training of new team members

Demonstrate sound judgment

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse
