Primary Duties: Current nursing program students may qualify to be a Technical Assistant after completion of their first semester of nursing school. TAs assist nursing staff with patient care, patient lifts and transports, and other duties associated with being a basic nursing assistant. The TA for Pediatrics will also crosstrain in Mother/Baby care within the Birth & Infant Care Center.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or G.E.D. and completion of the first semester of nursing school within an accredited registered nursing program.

Schedule: 12-hr clinical shifts

Week/Holiday Schedule: Rotating weekend and holiday shifts
