Principle Accountabilities:
Assists Assistant Administrator with administrative duties and assignments which support the overall operation of the department.
Works with the Assistant Administrator to develop and implement policies, procedures and protocols specific to the department.
Fulfills RN job description for Clinic.
Provides ongoing support and leadership to department personnel to develop professional and team building skills.
Is aware of the quality initiative and is involved in promoting quality care.
Education/Licrensure:
Completion of a Registered Nurse program in an accredited institution required.
Current RN licensure in the State of Iowa.
BLS (Basic Life Support) provider or course completed upon hire.
Three (3) years clinical nursing experience preferred.
