Construction organization in the south Nashville area is seeking a driven Sales Rep. for their Nashville location.  This dynamic, growing company has great competitive wages, professional working environment and strong management team!  The Sales Rep. generates new business and membership for their commercial construction organization. 

Candidate must have:

• Demonstrated success in direct sales in construction industry  
• A 4-year college degree strongly preferred  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals and develop and maintain relationships required 
• Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, and a desire for high commission, honesty, and integrity 
• A flexible, "can do" attitude is required  
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Internet required

Salary is $30,000 plus commission (minimum $10,000 per year). This is a full time temporary to permanent position.  Benefits available after 90 days.
