District Manager   

Our unique retail concept offers name brand merchandise at up to ½ department store prices every day. Our stores offer a fun, entertaining atmosphere with an emphasis on merchandise presentation and outstanding service. We currently have 66 stores in 16 Midwestern states.

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, motivated District Manager!  This leadership position is based in Denver and will oversee 10 stores in 2 states.

The District Manager is responsible for achieving or exceeding planned sales and profits for the stores that comprise the district by providing leadership and direction to the store management teams.  The ideal candidate must have a history of successful talent development to support organizational growth and succession management.

Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:

- Four year degree

- Minimum of 8-10 years in management of multiple retail locations

- Oustanding developer of people

- Demonstrated leadership ability

- Experience in recruitment of top talent

- Demonstrated skills in analyzing and interpreting business data

- Excellent comminicaiton skills

- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel

- Travel required, which could include some overnights
