Seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for serving customers while building relationships and identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

Essential Functions:

*  Customer service--to consistently provide the highest level of personalized service to clients and potential clients.

*  Primary contact for new and existing clients, will assist clients directly with opening new accounts, perform maintenance for existing customers, process credit requests, and resolving issues.

* Provide support for transaction and operational needs in branch.

* Responsible for expanding deposit and loan portfolio by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.  The requirements below are representative of the skills, knowledge and abilities required.

1.  Bachelor's degree with emphasis in banking, finance, accounting or business, or other equivalent experience.

2.  MUST BE BILINGUAL WITH FLUENCY IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.

3.  Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.

4.  Be able to demonstrate a previous background in sales.

5.  Be able to demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel at a medium level of expertise.

6.  Be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate verbally.

7.  Be able to demonstrate solid math and organizational skills.

8.  Be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret financial information.

9.  Minimum of 2 years of customer contact & service experience in financial institutions preferred.

10.  Current Notary Public in State of Nebraska preferred.
