Position Description
Dell Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an Engagement Director to join our Physician Services team.

* This is a virtual, 100% travel position.

Responsibilities:

:

The Engagement Director will provide business systems and applications analysis in support of the development of new business applications. Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Conducts need and gap analysis and provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Develops detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates. Classifies problems as system, training, or process and recommends corrections. Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department.

Main job duties consist of the following:
  • Responsible for the client relationship management relating to the deployment of the EPM and EMR applications to the community based physicians.
  • Responsible for establishing the governance committees and processes that provide oversight for the deployment and operations of the EPM and EMR applications to the community based physicians.
  • Responsible for oversight and management of the resources, tools and methodology for the deployment and operations of the EPM and EMR applications to the community based physicians.
  • Responsible for development, delivery and management of the training methodology and toolset supporting the deployment and operations of the EPM and EMR applications to the community based physicians.

    Required Skills:
  • NextGen EPM
  • NextGen EHR
  • Experience with NextGen applications in small and large physician practices
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Absolute integrity and honesty
  • Confident, strong personality for an aggressive, fast growing, dynamic environment
  • Excited by challenge of building quality operations and getting over the hurdles involved

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
