Responsibilities:
:The Engagement Director will provide business systems and applications analysis in support of the development of new business applications. Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Conducts need and gap analysis and provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Develops detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates. Classifies problems as system, training, or process and recommends corrections. Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department.
