Client Executive to join our Northeast client leadership team.

The successful candidates will bring confidence, an aggressive yet tactful personality, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic. In addition, he/she must be prepared to invest the necessary time, effort and energy in building and growing the business. More specifically, the successful candidates will be evaluated and selected utilizing the following experience, background, academic and personal attributes:
Ten to fifteen plus (10 -15+) years of total progressive experience. This experience may have been gained while working within a provider or healthcare system environment, healthcare consulting and/or healthcare outsourcing environment. A clinical background is a plus, but is not required. However, he/she must bring experience and knowledge of the healthcare provider business and relevant clinical processes, i.e. how clinical information flows around a physician group practice or equivalent provider organization-from scheduling, demographic verification, insurance and benefits eligibility verification, patient check-in/check-out, billing and collections. He/she must understand how all departments function together. This includes IT applications and information flows with experience matching and automating them in complex environments (physician, acute care, research and education components).
Five to ten plus (5 -10+) years of management and leadership experience with ability to lead healthcare organizations of 50 -100+ associates consisting of full-time and contract associates. CEO/COO or equivalent leadership position in a medium to large size physician group practice is strongly preferred. Experience with offshore associates is a plus, but is not required. However, each will bring a demonstrated ability to successfully lead, manage and delegate in a complex and dynamically changing environment-while at the same time bringing structure and order to client account disorder. This will require strong team building, coaching, mentoring and motivational skills. He/she must have led and worked closely with teams in a matrixed managed environment (internal/external).
Must understand the "numbers" - brings a strong understanding of financials and relevant P&L, budgeting, forecasting experience in managing all aspects of the account and service offerings. This includes excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to set account related priorities based upon business objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) while meeting revenue goals. He/she must bring a demonstrated ability to formulate strategic plans and tactically execute evolutionary steps leading from current to future state. He/she will have successfully formulated paths to address anticipated and/or client account related issues.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)-must have executive presence and highly developed communications skills in articulating a vision. This includes cross-entity communications capabilities and well-developed consensus building skills. He/she will bring a well developed ability to establish, develop, and manage critical client relationships at the executive level, i.e. CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, Chief Medical Officer, while adding value to their organization. Will keep all executives well-informed while instilling confidence that all issues will be resolved and initiatives will be delivered on.
He/she will be solutions-oriented in taking a consultative approach to solving client business issues with the application of technology (listens, comprehends and can package solutions and offerings). This will be supported by an ability to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the client's business in order to design innovative solutions to advance the client's strategic business objectives. This includes skills that can be adapted to defining selling positions for additional technical and/or business related projects, services and solutions offerings.

Required Skills:
Approximately 5 - 7 years previous operations management experience including forecasting, scheduling and real-time operations management
Experience in a specialized physician medical practice environment
Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff
Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems
Knowledge of clinic office procedures
Knowledge of computer systems and applications
Knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies
Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure to answer correspondence and prepare reports
Incumbent has authority to initiate actions and make decisions within established precedents or well defined policy with regular managerial direction and review
Ability to plan, exercise initiative, problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and procedures
Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities
Ability to manage fiscal information
Must be willing to travel and relocate as required by the position
Minimum Educational Requirements:
An undergraduate degree is required while an MBA or related graduate degree is highly desired, as is formal account development/account management training
