Responsibilities:

The Senior Security Specialist will be responsible for the engineering and operational support of a major SIEM product and multiple IDS technologies. Additional responsibilities will include new product testing, roadmapping and envisioning, and project support.

Required Skills:

Minimum 8-10 years as an Information Security engineer

Strong understanding of IDS

Minimum 3-5 years directly supporting a commercial grade IDS product (Cisco, McAfee, Sourcefire, etc)

Direct customer support/interfacing

PERL, PHP, BASH

Desired Skills:

Support of commercial grade Content Filtering tool (Websence or BlueCoat) a plus

Minimum Educational Requirements:

2 years college

Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:

CISSP

CCNA
