Position Description
Dell Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. Dell Perot Systems is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Quincy MA.

Responsibilities:

:

Answer a high volume of provider service calls with excellent quality and consistency. Also, process high volume of faxed authorization requests for a range of patient services.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • High level of comfort with computer hardware and the use of a range of software applications

    Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with medical billing, hospital admissions, medical office operation, medical terminology is very helpful

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
