Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for oversight and coordination of operating reports and statutory filings
• Monitor actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts and budgets - 45%
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management - 15%
• Lead continuous improvement projects within the Finance/Accounting department and throughout the Company - 20%
• Participate in strategic projects i.e. service center integration, mergers and acquisitions, capital budgeting - 20% 

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• MBA, CPA and IFRS experience is a plus.
