Position Description
This position is responsible for providing Physical Therapy services to clients with physical or cognitive disabilities to maximize functional independence. Services are provided in a variety of settings including nursing home, home health care, and other contracted facilities.
This position is responsible for delivery of quality service, promoting good public relations, and for upholding the mission and standards of the facility.

EDUCATION/TRAINING, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
One year of clinical experience preferred.
Geriatric experience preferred.
