This position is responsible for evaluating and treating clients with physical and/or cognitive disabilities in order to improve client's functional independence.  Services are provided in a variety of settings including nursing home, home health care, and contracted facilities.

This position is responsible for delivery of quality service, promoting good public relations, and for upholding the mission and standards of the facility.

 LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Nebraska Occupational Therapy license.Current C.P.R. certification required.Valid Nebraska drivers license and state required minimum auto insurance coverage required.

EDUCATION/TRAINING, AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Graduate of an accredited school in Occupational Therapy required.One year of experience preferred.

Geriatric experience preferred.
