JOB SUMMARY:  The Shahbaz is responsible for creating an environment that enhances opportunities for a good quality of life.  The Shahbaz delivers personal and clinical services necessary to protect, nurture and sustain the Elders of the Green House.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Basic Nursing Assistant in good standing, required
Certified Medication Assistant, preferred
Advanced Medication Aide, preferred

EDUCATION/TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 16 years of age
Of good moral character
Listed on State Registry in good standing
