This position is responsible for providing personal care, emotional support, assistance with activities of daily living, and basic therapeutic care to clients.  Maintains records of patient care.

This position is responsible for delivery of quality service, promoting good public relations, and for upholding the mission and standards of the facility.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Valid Nebraska Driver's license and the state required minimum automobile insurance coverage required.

CPR highly recommended.

Be listed on the Medication Aide Registry operated by the HHSS if identified as a Medication Aide.

EDUCATION/TRAINING, AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Must be at least 18 years of age.

State approved Home Health Aide/ Nursing Assistant training or competency testing prior to client care required.

Experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
