The Marketing Project Coordinator will:
· Be responsible for coordinating the company’s exhibition at a variety of state, regional and national events and ensuring preparation of show materials and training of show staff.
· Assist in the development of the company’s exhibition strategy and goals; report on show activities; develop and implement procedures for lead follow up.
· Provides administrative support to the sales and marketing departments.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:
· Associate degree in business or marketing preferred
· Two (2) years experience as a conference planner or project coordinator
· An equivalent combination of education and experience
· Knowledge of business etiquette
· Skill in organizing information, materials, and time
· Ability to use good situational judgment in dealing with prospective or current customers
· Ability to communicate verbally in a professional manner with visitors, co-workers, customers and executive management
